Nice place and good food. For the 3 types of cheese raclette, it wasn’t the classic setup with a big block of cheese melting and dripping; instead, there were slices of cold cheese that we put ourselves into small trays to heat. It was interesting and very good.
I appreciated the fact that we were able to make the reservation online

A warm welcome. The bartender makes excellent cocktails. The desserts are delicious. I highly recommend it for its atmosphere, friendly service, and impeccable cuisine.

After several meals at Paellou, the food is consistently excellent, especially the brasérade (grilled meat dish), the fondue, and not forgetting the refined and delicious desserts made by a pastry chef! Plus, the staff is pleasant and smiling.
I recommend it 100%, we will be back!

We chose a Savoyard fondue for two people. The portions were quite small. The desserts were very good.
The atmosphere was very noisy; avoid it if you're looking for a cozy and intimate setting. The service is fast, and for good reason: there are two seatings in the evening, either 9:00 PM or 7:00 PM.
A mixed experience, then.

It's difficult to rate this establishment. It's true, the staff does their job, and quite well. The welcome is good, however, you'll have to arrive at 7 or 9 pm. They're in a ski resort and need to fill the place and make a profit.
As a result, the service is quick; there's no question of wasting time or not keeping the tables turning.
We chose to have a fondue, which was excellent, but a bit small in portion. The chef's desserts were also very good.
However, the noise from the restaurant, which was full that evening, really spoiled our meal. For a date, if you like peace and quiet, this is definitely the place to avoid. For a group or family outing, yes.
