Big surprise in Trans en Provence Homemade dishes and we had a very good lunch. Good pesto sauce, good feuletté filled with spinach and goat cheese Nice and friendly waitress which also gave us good suggestions. Bread fresh and coffee freshly brewed from tasty balanced beens. Decent prices. Well worth a visit. We’ll be back.

I have eaten there several times and it was always great, except for the last time when I didn't like the wild garlic sausage and the pesto pasta.

A wonderful experience in a pleasant setting with a friendly, professional waitress who gave us time to relax. A delight for the taste buds, kudos to the chef. We enjoyed a Milanese escalope and a cod loin, followed by a delicious coffee and a huge glass of strawberry Chantilly cream. We were just passing through the region and will be back with great pleasure.

Don't hesitate to have an aperitif in this establishment. They make delicious shaker cocktails served with peanuts and olives and the waitress is pleasant.

Small bistro in Trans en Provence, very nice, I highly recommend it. The staff is super friendly, the meals are high quality, the beef tartare is to die for. Plus, there's a beautiful, authentic southern setting 😎

11/03/2026: Excellent evening at Buffalo Grill in Trans-en-Provence! I came for dinner with my son and daughter, and we were seated at table number 5. We had a wonderful evening. The food was delicious, and the atmosphere was pleasant. A huge thank you especially to the two waitresses, Anne-Lyse and Amandine, who were absolutely fantastic with the three of us: smiling, professional, attentive, and very pleasant from beginning to end. It's truly a pleasure to be welcomed and served like that. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism. We will gladly return!
