20/09/2026: Friendly welcome. Homemade cuisine 👍 Set menu (starter + main course + dessert) to choose from the menu for €39. A great option for lunch, as the portions are generous. 🤪 A glass of Roseline Prestige rosé for €29 to complement the meal 😜 Table under an olive tree by the small pool, lovely in good weather.
This restaurant is worth a visit...🙋

13/09/2026: Absolutely incredible. We had dinner there as a party of six (including two children). The staff were lovely and incredibly attentive. The food was beautiful and delicious. The children's menus arrived quickly and were quite generous.
The decor is truly beautiful.
We will gladly return to try the terrace.

17/09/2026: The welcome at the entrance was perfect.
However, the wait for the food was a little long.
The bread was soft and soggy, and the fries in my son's kids' meal tasted like cheese. This is the first time this has happened, as we come very often.
The waitress, Shanna, was very good, no complaints there.
– Last Wednesday
I went back to the Buffalo Grill in Trans-en-Provence with my son. We ordered our meals directly and waited exactly 45 minutes between ordering and them arriving at the table.
I had also ordered a Sheriff meal. When it came time to pay, I noticed on the receipt that the items in the meal had been charged separately.
So I went to see the manager, who was at the bar, to point out the problem. Unfortunately, his reaction was particularly disappointing: he barely looked at me and didn't even apologize. I find this really unfortunate, because beyond the wait, it is above all the lack of consideration when a customer comes to report a problem that disappointed me.
17/09/2026: Received in good order.
It's a shame it was so quick in the evening; the meal was shipped.

18/08/2026: The food was excellent.
However, the service was deplorable… We had to wait several minutes between 9 and 10 pm to place our order at the kiosk (it was busy). Just as it was our turn, the place was closing.
The cashier, who wasn't in training (she wasn't wearing a badge indicating that she was), and accompanied by another employee, with remarkable nonchalance, told us that the kiosk was closed and we had to use the drive-thru… “You should have ordered faster,” apparently.
I explained the situation to her, but unfortunately, nothing changed…
The team clearly lacked expertise in this type of business situation. Perhaps they should consider further training. Something to think about…
16/08/2026: Very disappointed with the McDonald's in Trans-en-Provence.
Charging for drinking water when a customer simply asks for it is unacceptable. The French Environmental Code, article L. 541-15-10, clearly stipulates that restaurants must allow their customers to request free drinking water, either chilled or at room temperature.
This obviously doesn't mean asking for a free bottle of mineral water, but rather having access to potable tap water.
I hope the McDonald's in Trans-en-Provence will take the time to verify this legal obligation and respect consumer rights.
Similarly, working at McDonald's France, the water I serve to customers is always free, especially at the manager's request.

20/09/2026: Unfortunately, a very disappointing experience.
The welcome and service were clearly not up to the standard one would expect from a restaurant. The wait and lack of attention largely spoiled the experience, and the quality of the food did nothing to redeem this poor impression.
It's a shame, because the place had everything going for it to make us have a good time. Based on our experience, we will not be returning, and I unfortunately cannot recommend this establishment.
12/09/2026: The waitress' welcome was appalling. When we arrived, I asked her for two drinks, and she brushed us off. There were only two tables on the terrace, no one inside. She must have been overwhelmed, so we left immediately. This place is absolutely to be avoided.
I just saw a very nice, professional response. I see that the manager is as pleasant as the staff. I think that when you arrive and ask, "Could we have two drinks, please?" I see absolutely no contempt in that.
The place isn't exactly the brightest lamppost on the street, but good luck, even though I think your welcome and your responses were completely unacceptable.

17/08/2024: Une cuisine de qualité, fraîche et bien cuisinée. Un très bon rapport qualité aux Arcs.
Le service efficace et avec le sourire et la sympathie.
Un bon moment passé avec mon chéri et mon ami saisonnier aux Arcs qui nous a conseillé ce lieu.
Allez y les yeux fermés !
17/08/2024: La meilleure adresse des Arcs pour un burger!
Le plat du jour est à tomber à genoux, la suggestion végé est scandaleusement délicieuse et les burger maison sont simplement divins! Je ne saurais être plus dithyrambique quand à ce restaurant qui selon moi est incontournable dans la station!!!
Les filles au services sont des perles et le lieu (emplacement et déco) est d’une mignonnerie qui fait miam!

28/07/2024: Accueil très sympathique avec un grand sourire du serveur. Pleins de saveur différentes, pizzas originales et
Goûteuse. Bravo à l’équipe.
On y retournera très vite et surtout nous attendons avec impatience la suite du développement de leur projet. Nous leur souhaitons beaucoup de réussite
