Le Pailler sur Verrieres

A very pretty setting for this restaurant where the food is excellent and the staff very welcoming. My only complaint is that the lemon dessert was a little too sweet for my taste.

After dining at this inn for the second time, I can confirm my excellent impression on all levels. The terrace is very pleasant, surrounded by greenery, and the location is secluded from the hustle and bustle. The welcome and service are top-notch, and the food is excellent: presentation, fresh ingredients, creativity... Excellent value for money, I highly recommend it!

We won't shout it from the rooftops, but we absolutely loved Le Pailler. A wonderful and authentic place, a warm and welcoming atmosphere, a comfortable and pleasant room (Causse Noire), and of course, refined, delicious, beautifully presented, and easy-to-digest cuisine. Exceptional place, excellent service, very clean and very good food

A wonderful discovery in a very remote and therefore calm and relaxing location. The cuisine is expertly prepared and original. Not a single flaw. For me, the sea bream ceviche with coconut deserves three stars – it was more than excellent.

We celebrated our civil partnership at Le Pailler restaurant and it was absolutely perfect! The communication with the manager was excellent; we were able to calmly plan this family event. The food was delicious. There were 16 of us plus a child under two, and everyone loved it! The setting is fantastic. We had aperitifs on the beautiful terrace and continued our meal inside, sheltered from the sweltering heat! A huge thank you! We highly recommend it and will definitely be back to simply enjoy the food and the ambiance.
