A beautiful bakery where the selection of pastries quickly fills up. So, you'll have to come at the right time! I was able to get my hands on a chocolate Swiss roll, and if all their creations are as good as this pastry, it will be the best bakery I've ever been to. I can only recommend you try their products.

+ The Rolls are incredibly good, wow! The pistachio-filled croissants are excellent! (I hope they'll be available again.) Their croissants and crispy chocolate tart are very good. - The pistachio éclair: Disappointed to find the bitter pistachio flavoring in it, which ruins the pistachio flavor, unlike other excellent pistachio pastries. The choux pastry in the éclair was very hard, dry, and inedible. (Considering the good pastries I've already eaten, I think they either forgot to remove it, or something else.) Work on customer service is needed; it's really borderline! 5 ⭐️

I live 12 km from Nîmes but every time I come to Les Halles I come to take the traditional baguettes for 3 days for me it's the best bakery 🥖 a crusty bread a very airy crumb a treat. Thanks to the whole team. I came back today to get 3 traditional baguettes, they were very beautiful on the display, the saleswoman took the bread elsewhere, put it in a bag for me and when I arrived home I had 3 ordinary baguettes, I'm disappointed I 'hope it's unintentional next time I'll check in the bakery.

An excellent bakery I highly recommend. Fougasses, croissants, fougasses from Aigues Mortes, chestnut bread at the weekend. Finally, the list is long with tasty products and the icing on the cake is a very smiling and friendly team.

The Boulangerie Patisserie “Le Pétrin Nîmois” is made up of a welcoming, serious and attentive team. It's nice to come to this warm place. The place is therefore naturally welcoming, with a good atmosphere. I came during the week at a quiet time, as well as on Saturday morning, when there was a queue that extended outside! Lol! In both situations, the staff was smiling and friendly. What a pleasure to see that all the products are fresh, homemade and created with love. Very real know-how. And what a joy for the taste buds to savor these quality delicacies, whether breads, pastries, pastries, etc... In short, what a treat!
