The praline galette is excellent; I had it twice in January. My parents and I both said it was one of the best we'd ever eaten. Well done! 👏 You can tell it's high quality because even on the fourth day it was still just as good and hadn't dried out. I'll happily buy it every year! Don't change it.

There are good bakeries all over the place, but here, in addition to the delicious food, what makes the difference is the quality of the service. My friend and I came one morning before catching our train, and we found the welcome absolutely fantastic. The young man with the headband who served us was really great and friendly 😊 It's so nice to have such pleasant human interaction from time to time, as it's rare these days. The same goes for his colleague, who was wonderful and very smiley. We enjoyed our ham and balsamic sandwiches on the train, and they were truly delicious. As soon as we return to Nîmes, we'll know exactly which bakery we'll be going to 👌😁😁

The vanilla flan is fantastic, a pure delight, and the bread is very good.
