Best Nîmes flan! And not just that...

On a weekend trip to Nîmes, we happened to be passing by and decided to treat ourselves to a pain au chocolat, a vanilla flan, and a speculoos mille-feuille. What a great idea! 🤣 We thoroughly enjoyed them. A true pain au chocolat where you can clearly see the layers of pastry, full of flavor, with a firm texture and airy texture. The flan was amazing, generously filled, and so delicious. The mille-feuille was also incredible, light and flavorful. We had a wonderful time! 👍🙏 Thank you for a job well done. We'll definitely be back next time we're in Nîmes! 👍👍

What an incredible discovery! Le Pétrin Nîmois bakery, located on Boulevard Victor Hugo, is an excellent find. We tasted the pistachio and raspberry croissants, which were absolutely delicious. The multigrain bread was also excellent. For an afternoon snack, we had a flan, a chocolate éclair, and a Snickers bar—everything was truly amazing. High-quality products, delicious treats, and real expertise—a real delight. The chocolate Easter decorations are magnificent. We will definitely be back. Thank you also to the saleswoman for her warm welcome, kindness, and smile; it was a real pleasure.

I recently discovered this bakery on the recommendation of a few people, and frankly, I'm not disappointed at all! The service is very pleasant, and the products are of good quality! I highly recommend the raspberry croissant and the vanilla flan. I'm a little less keen on the praline flan (obviously, I don't like praline 😭). I highly recommend it!!

Simply excellent. Generally, if there's a queue stretching out into the street first thing in the morning, that's a good sign. So we tried the pistachio croissants, the peanut flans, and the pistachio cinnamon rolls. A perfect score—beautiful and delicious.

Good bakery for good bread right in the centre.

I wanted to try a slice of praline flan, and I wasn't disappointed at all; it's one of the best slices of flan I've ever eaten. I'll definitely be back to try other products.

Everything is excellent, the best bakery in my opinion. I came all the way from Bouillargues to buy the "Cévennes" baguettes which are so good, the chocolate éclairs are to die for, the almond croissants too, in short, I won't list everything...😅, despite its size this bakery is really worth the trip, the prices are quite reasonable for quality and generous products, the welcome is always warm, I recommend it 100%.

I came in the afternoon, and while I was waiting to be served, the saleswoman chatted with some acquaintances, served me, and rushed me out. I wouldn't recommend coming in the afternoon because the saleswoman is incredibly unpleasant. If she doesn't want to serve customers, she should find another line of work. However, the flan was delicious, so I recommend coming in the morning if you want good pastries.
