The place is beautiful, and the service and staff are perfect. The only slight downside is the breakfast.

We were very well looked after, upgraded to a room no less, with a marvelous view of the lake. The breakfast room is a feast for the eyes; it felt like we were in dreamland. Thank you again; this night spent with you will remain an unforgettable memory, and we are so happy!

I loved it! The lake view was beautiful, the service was top-notch, and the receptionist was very attentive. You can enjoy a delicious hot chocolate while reading a book. The pool area is very pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay in the "Lili's Suite," which is impressive and tastefully decorated, with a panoramic view of the entire Lake Annecy. The hotel in general is beautiful and well-maintained. We greatly appreciated the thoughtful touches in our room (complimentary pastries and coffee, regular room cleaning, etc.). The hotel staff are friendly, discreet, and competent, which is much appreciated. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and everything is delicious. The only slight drawback is that the spa area is small and somewhat lacking in amenities (hammam and pool), and, as noted in other reviews, the pool is a bit cold. However, the rest of our stay was so positive that these minor issues are more than compensated for.

A fantastic time in this magical place. The view is breathtaking. The staff were incredibly attentive. And the value for money is truly excellent. I will definitely be back.
