Sympathy from the moment I called booking, fast service. Light and delicious food, prepared with fresh ingredients and homemade spices, very well served. As we were without lunch, we ordered a pizza and an octopus poke as a starter, then we ordered as a main course, a lamb and a cod that were divine.

Dined here on a Sunday evening. There was a line when it opened at 7 pm ( says 6:30 pm on website). Seated and served very quickly. All serves were friendly, professional and prompt. We chose: snails, foie terrain, cassoulet, pork. All were exceptional. The lemon meringue tart was AMAZING. Best meringue of my life. One of the best in Lourdes.

Good cuisine with fresh, regional produce. Beautiful presentation of the plates. Small downside, on the terrace in the evening, the waiters make you understand that you should not linger, by getting rid of your glasses and plates and folding the terrace around you to close it. It's a shame.

We came to eat at this restaurant three times. The staff is very welcoming and accommodating if necessary. We tried many varied dishes, such as pizza, salads, cassoulet, crispy pork, etc.
The portions are generous and the price/quality ratio is good. We recommend.
