Thank you again for a wonderful Valentine's Day evening; we had a lovely time. The meal was perfect, as was the service. This was our second evening after the truffle dinner, and we will gladly return next month for the beef dinner. We had a pleasant chat with the owners, who were very attentive. See you soon!

Valentine's Day menu last night. The welcome was charming, the setting pleasant enough, but nothing more. The ambitious and expensive two-starter, two-course menu was unfortunately very disappointing. Everything fell flat: poached scallops were tasteless, the foie gras was mushy, the turbot was overcooked, and the veal was beautiful but served with a dry and bland side dish (no truffle to be found). The main course, a lackluster Neufchâtel cheese with rose, and an overly sweet dessert did nothing to improve the experience. A major disappointment. A Michelin star is nowhere near its potential, even if the wine list prices might lead you to believe it's already there.

It's always a pleasure to visit this restaurant; the food is of exceptional quality, and the manager is very friendly and readily available to explain the recipes and the origin of the ingredients. We particularly recommend the dry-aged meats, which are outstanding.

A timeless moment at the foot of the cathedral and the Mudo. La Gargouille is an elegant restaurant where you feel right at home. The cuisine is excellent, refined, and sophisticated. Special mention goes to the service, which is quick and attentive. The portions are certainly modest, but every bite is a delight. Ideal for a sophisticated lunch or dinner!
