Le palais du fromager sur Frejus

Go there with your eyes closed! The cheese is delicious, I have never eaten such good raclette :) the owner is attentive, simple, very friendly and masters his subject, he does not push consumption at all, we feel that he does not want to disappoint and wants to find the right cheese according to our tastes.

The Palace of Delights, what can I say other than if you've never been there, do it. The owners are great. The advice is excellent and always hits the mark and the cheeses, for those who are amateurs, are simply exquisite. For the lucky ones, during the summer you can even eat on site and taste.
