Did not have the experience mentioned by others. Food was great value and tasty; rustic, crispy chips and juicy burgers in lovely fresh seeded buns. They forgot the salad on the burger, but we weren't bothered and I suspect it was a language issue. Enjoyed our meal nonetheless.

We decided to eat here because of the beautiful view of the Chateau and the low prices. The food was ok - more or less worth the price. We got burgers and fries for everyone - the burgers were ok and the fries were horrible. The service was a bit rude (I don’t think they were ready (or willing) to serve many people (the place was packed). Great view though!

07/07/2025: We were lucky to get a seat outside - and we had just walked up at a busy time. We were trying to get into another restaurant but it was too busy- and I’m so glad we got in here. The service was friendly and the chicken dish I had was absolutely gorgeous, lovely vegetables and all tasted fresh. (A few days later we went to the ‘other’ restaurant and imo it wasn’t nearly as good as this one.) I really liked it here.
