Brasserie L'insolite sur Lourmarin

A first time at this unusual place, but what a pleasant surprise! Everything was delicious. The staff was very friendly. We highly recommend it.

Very good restaurant. Ask for a table on the terrace; it's much nicer than sitting on the street, given all the tourists strolling around. Friendly welcome. Prices are high, but the portions are generous. I was pleasantly surprised by the number of real scallops (a good size) on my plate. The hazelnut tiramisu of the day was delicious. Lourmarin, a small village that's as charming as ever.

We had a very good time; the atmosphere on the restaurant's terrace was lovely. The food was good, just one small complaint: the dish was served a little cold.

A lovely lunch in the shade on the terrace! High-quality cuisine made with excellent ingredients. The vegetarian dishes are really great, with a special mention for the vegetarian tartare!

We came on the recommendation of our hotel manager/receptionist, and we were pleasantly surprised by how wonderful our evening was. The welcome was warm, the setting very pleasant (terrace in an inner courtyard), we were treated like royalty, and the food was delicious and perfectly portioned. Having eaten in other restaurants in the preceding days, supposedly "less touristy" in other villages, the quality and quantity were far superior here (for a similar price). We came with a small dog and were given an ideal table and a warm welcome. The servers were naturally attentive and had excellent service. The chef(s) delighted us with the andouillette sausage and chocolate mousse, which we highly recommend. We rarely leave reviews, but we believe that, given the effort put in and the wonderful time we had, the team deserves to be commended. Hopefully, they will be rewarded in a way that reflects their efforts and qualities. Well done and thank you!

A very pleasant terrace in the beautiful village of Lourmarin. The dishes and desserts we ordered were of very good quality. We would have had an excellent evening if the waitress had been more approachable and friendly.

The burger my friend ordered was delicious! 🍔 I had a salad; the prosciutto was great, although there was a bit too much of it. The service was good and the staff were friendly. Plus, the restaurant has a lovely terrace, which is really nice. Overall, a good experience!
