I love this place, it's my go-to spot summer and winter, but a spritz for 16 euros in 2026 is still a bit much… I know you have to take the funicular up to get there, but still…

A lovely setting, with the food cooked right before your eyes. We enjoyed lunch in this idyllic location overlooking the glacier – a truly timeless moment. And don't forget to enjoy your tea or coffee while relaxing in the deck chairs provided. I highly recommend it!

Stunning views of the glacier at over 3,000 meters. A real underground tunnel through the rock to climb the mountain. Absolutely unmissable.

Good mountain restaurant, the hot dog is delicious and the cook is friendly. The view is superb, but dress warmly just in case it's windy... and this was in August...

Beautiful view of the Grande Motte glacier. Wood-fired barbecue all summer long, the smell is amazing. A bit pricey though...

A bar and restaurant offering exceptional panoramic views! Located at the top of the funicular, it offers plenty of seating (benches, lounge chairs, tables). Prices are a bit high, but the location is ideal, especially on sunny days. The atmosphere is lively with continuous music!

The terrace at 3000m altitude is simply exceptional! The lunchtime snack bar is great, grilled food cooked over a brazier and a breathtaking view.

Many years ago (‘89 - ‘91) I visited this restaurant and we had a lot of fun during SummerSki. Very good place to have a break. Enjoy⛷️🍻

18/08/2026: Probably the best Savoyard restaurant in Tignes.
05/08/2026: Excellent, top-notch service and beautiful decor! The only downside was that the after-dinner drink we ordered could have been complimentary. It's a shame because some other good restaurants do offer it, and we had a three-figure bill. I don't think they'd mind that much.

08/04/2026: Only stopped for a coffee, but best coffee i had in either val d'isere or tignes and it was served in a small vacuum glass which kept it hot. Went back the next day for another.
