Exceptional restaurant. An ultra fresh, tender fish accompanied by perfectly prepared vegetables. An airy and delicate Grand Marnier soufflé where citrus notes mix with a creamy sweetness. Impeccable service and rare kindness Bistro atmosphere 9th Pigalle. To recommend !

A wonderful time, from the welcome, to the starters, main courses and desserts. The scallops as a starter are exceptional, and the classic grand marnier soufflé for dessert remains unique and exceptional.

Well recommended restaurant in Paris… the Grand Marnier Suffle is the signature dessert and it’s a must…

First off, I cannot say enough good things about the wait staff, they were wonderful and so courteous and professional. My table was also ready the moment I walked in the door, and my wine glass was quickly refilled. The food however, was sadly a disappointment. The chicken with sorrel was my first course, and while the sauces tasted great, the chicken was very dry. The bread was served to me steaming hot, which I appreciated, but it was very hard and one piece in particular was a little burnt. My entree was the veal with Swiss chard, and while the veal itself was not dry at all and tasted fine, it was overall lacking in flavor though. The turnip and Swiss chard were absolutely horrible. Swiss chard is my favorite vegetable and a big reason why I ordered that dish, but it was wilted and extremely bland, worst Swiss chard I've ever had . Once again, the sauces that accompanied the dish were very good. The souffle for dessert just tasted like eggs and was also lacking in flavor. I wouldn't mind coming back here necessarily, I just wouldn't go out of my way to eat here again. The courses were spaced out fairly well, and the prices were reasonable, even if the portions were quite small.

All four of us found this restaurant to be very good, with a short and original menu of quality as well as the products. The service is smiling and efficient and gives good advice, normal waiting between courses. The wines are however too expensive.
