Saturday evening in Metz. Baked egg with morels and pork pluma. A delightful surprise: the egg in a creamy sauce with morels, finishing heating right in front of you. This was followed by a starter of Iberian pork pluma with sautéed potatoes. The quality and quantity were worthy of a serious brasserie. The head waiter was efficient, down-to-earth, and friendly! A great find!

02/05/2026: This is my second time here, and certainly not my last! Delicious food, affordable prices, excellent staff... In short, go for it, you won't be disappointed! If in doubt, remember to book ahead to guarantee a table. Enjoy your meal!
16/04/2026: I go there regularly between noon and 2 pm. It's a classic brasserie, and the food is decent. However, be careful with the pizzas; they can be overcooked. Also, the dining room is noisy.
