Excellent brasserie! We were welcomed without a reservation and served very quickly. The food was also very good, and the atmosphere/decor is very welcoming. I recommend it if you're passing through Louviers and want to eat something traditional.

25/03/2026: The hotel is nice and perfectly comfortable, but a bit dated. The management and staff are lovely, and the service is very attentive to the guests' well-being! As for the restaurant, it's worth the trip alone: ​​fresh, beautifully presented ingredients, a concise menu with ample choice. The blanquette and tarte tatin were simply divine... you'll definitely want to come back! :o)

19/03/2026: I went by on Wednesday, March 12, 2026, at 7:30 PM and unfortunately it was closed. Yet the Google hours seemed to match. Perhaps I misunderstood the hours. It's definitely better to call ahead.
