Stopped by for a drink and pleasantly surprised by the superb view of the cathedral. The atmosphere and decor are very lounge-like. And finally, a very good quality whisky. The prices are a bit high, but it's rare to find good bottles other than supermarket brands!

Lovely spot on the square among the locals in Laon. Correct service and delicious dishes. The duck breast, the butcher's choice, and the burgers are very flavorful and beautifully presented. The desserts were works of art on the plate. Had a fantastic meal on a beautiful terrace.

The daily special (at 12.50) was tasty: duck and beef Parmentier. The wines were undoubtedly good, but very pricey. Half bottles starting from 26 euros. So we just had a bottle of simple sparkling water, which was also heavily overpriced (6.50). The amuse-bouche, on the other hand, was free and tasty.

07/07/2026: Having lunch at the foot of the cathedral with a set menu of starter, main course, and dessert for under €20 in the middle of July is a real bargain. Add to that the quality of the dishes, like the truly excellent salmon tartare and the delicious savory buckwheat crepes, and the quick service with friendly staff, and you'll definitely want to go back.
21/06/2026: First visit, just for a drink with friends, great welcome, top-notch service, very clean premises and terrace. I'll be back for a meal.
