22/04/2026: In an intimate and tranquil atmosphere, the quality of the ingredients, with their delicate balance of subtle seasonings, elevates every dish, every accompaniment, every course, resulting in an exceptional taste. From appetizer to dessert, it's an explosion of unusual flavors. We tried the snail casserole (one per person), the skate wing with its accompaniments, and the crème brûlée. Don't hesitate to dine at La Pierre à Clous in Laon; it's well worth the trip.
Highly recommended.
22/04/2026: Excellent restaurant! We loved the menu; a small but varied selection of tempting dishes. The welcome was very pleasant, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal (there were six of us, and we ordered different dishes, all excellent!), and had a wonderful time! A great place we'll remember, and the prices are more than reasonable for the quality of the food! Thank you!

31/03/2026: A very warm welcome, friendly and attentive staff. On my second visit, I had a salmon galette (sorry, I don't remember the name) and a crêpe Belle Hélène, and they were delicious! On my first visit, I had salmon tagliatelle, which was also very good. I highly recommend it!

23/05/2026: Honestly, I'm very disappointed… I relied on the good Google reviews, but unfortunately my experience was quite different: the pizzas were served cold, the crust was very thin, and they had little flavor. Sorry, but I don't recommend it.

30/04/2026: Good, slightly dated hotel in the old center of Laon. The reception was particularly friendly, and the owners provided exceptionally nice assistance during the stay. I was allowed to store my bicycle in the hotel garage. The hotel is within walking distance of shops, cafes, restaurants, and the sights. Breakfast is extensive, with delicious jam.
28/04/2026: Excellent welcome at this old-fashioned but clean hotel, very well located in the venerable episcopal city.
Everything is a bit crooked, but who cares... the welcome is friendly and the parking spaces are less than fifty meters away.

28/04/2026: Very disappointed. Arrived at 1 pm, left at 3 pm, over two hours to be served for a galette, a beef tartare, and a gourmet coffee. Bravo! Furthermore, the tartare should be minced meat, not chunks of coarsely chopped beef. Bravo again! Personally, I won't be back and I won't be recommending this place. Avoid it!
