I can't imagine a better experience in France than the one we had at Le Parvis. The location is amazing, and the building is nicely updated without sacrificing any of its historic charm. The staff was friendly and helpful and provided a first-rate breakfast that was one of the highlights of our trip.

13/04/2026: The food was fine. However, be sure to check your receipts carefully. I have poor eyesight, and when I went to pay, the cashier told me the payment hadn't gone through. So I tried my card again, and when I checked my account, I saw two separate payments. My mistake was not asking for receipts and my credit card. I went back on Tuesday, and the person who helped me doubted my honesty and refused to refund the €20 I was overcharged for. So, pay close attention to your receipts.

22/04/2026: The restaurant is conveniently located near Chartres Cathedral, which is probably its main advantage. The food is quite average. The waiter mixed up our drinks and later brought crepes with the wrong filling, though both were eventually corrected. The toilets were not very clean, and we had to wait quite a long time for our drinks, while other guests who had already ordered food seemed to receive theirs much faster.
21/04/2026: Perfect stop right when we needed it!
