A true feast for the eyes and taste buds... a delicious and original meal... eggplant, tomatoes, and olives for dessert... a must-try, original and above all, very good... elegant presentation... a very warm welcome... the setting is very pleasant. I recommend this restaurant for a wonderful time and a delicious meal, all at a very reasonable price considering the quality.

After a stroll along the canal, we arrived in Montferrand to eat at the restaurant "Le Pas de Naurouze." No matter where you are in our beautiful Lauragais region, you can find wonderful surprises with a very warm welcome and dishes that are as beautiful as they are delicious! Don't let the location fool you, because the taste is an incredible surprise! A must-try!

An event we never miss. We come to Pas de Naurouze two or three times a year and are guaranteed a delicious meal. Last night, I discovered one of the best desserts I've ever had: eggplant and tomato jam, nougat glacé with candied olives, and a vinaigrette made with Picholine olive oil from L’Oliveraie D’En Bouquié. Magnificent!

We stumbled upon this restaurant quite by chance during our travels. What a delightful surprise! We absolutely loved it. The service was also welcoming and friendly. It just goes to show that sometimes things happen for a reason. Thank you for this wonderful experience; keep up the great work!

One of our favourite local restaurants, a warm welcome and excellent food in a stylish dining room.

A wonderful culinary discovery, with carefully prepared side dishes, which is quite rare (gnocchi, Bayaldi, panisse). The highlight was a truly creative dessert combining olives, eggplant, tomatoes, and above all, a flavor that left us wanting more... We also enjoyed discovering Pardi! The service was friendly and efficient (several tables, including ours, had a show at 9:30 pm...). To save even more time, especially when going back and forth is long and frequent, one rule can help: never leave empty-handed... In summer, eating under the trees is a real pleasure. We came to see Canal en Lumières, but we'll be back for the food... By the way, thank you for the parking... August 26 - 2 main courses, 2 desserts, 2 aperitifs, 1 glass of wine, and 1 water for €90.50

First, let's start with the atmosphere... let's just say that when we arrived, the owner was incredibly rude to the waiter... she could have called him an idiot, it would have been the same... (when a table was moved for English speakers). Several things surprised us about the service, including the menu board which the owner took away from us without asking if we had made a choice, even though we hadn't ordered yet... As for the meal, the San Pellegrino water arrived barely lukewarm. Really not great. And the meal, which was the set menu: mediocre fish and sauce, very dry polenta, and a tiny half-zucchini with four arugula-like leaves. The dessert was underwhelming. In short, the atmosphere and the food mean we won't be returning... It feels more like a tourist trap, which is something we avoid on principle.

Everything was perfect; we thoroughly enjoyed everything from the appetizer to the dessert. Excellent value for money.
