Visiting with a school group, we had a wonderful time at Buffalo Grill. The service was quick, efficient, and very pleasant from start to finish. A big thank you to the entire team for their warm welcome. A very appreciated touch: the song they performed especially for us—a thoughtful gesture that made the experience even more memorable. I'm writing again about this restaurant. The quality of the food has dropped dramatically. I ordered a medium-rare four-pepper steak. They had to recook it three times, and in the end, the steak was burnt and my meal was cold. This happened to me twice, and don't even get me started on the chili con carne—it tasted like dog food. The manager didn't offer any compensation, just an apology. Thanks, Buffalo Grill, we'll think twice before going back.

The person who greeted us was very pleasant and friendly. The only slight drawback is the decor; it felt a little empty. But that's a minor detail, because everything else was perfect.
