Le Patio, France sur Beaugency

We ordered several different dishes, including pizzas, salads, pasta, and desserts, all reasonably priced and very tasty. However, we waited 30 minutes before our order was taken, and another 30 to 45 minutes to be served; we had to ask for bread and water during the meal. Add to that another 30 minutes before our dessert order was taken (which we had to ask for twice!). And then there were a few other issues: we never received the extra parmesan, and we weren't offered a tasting of the white wine beforehand (the bottle was placed on the table open and without ice). In short, a poor quality service, to be avoided if you're on a tight schedule. Another negative point: the restrooms are behind the kitchen (not a problem in itself), but the two cooks were shouting at each other, and we felt like we were intruding when we went in. I wanted to compliment them on their food, but I refrained given the atmosphere.

Pizza and pasta restaurant, good food, decent portions,reasonably priced set in a pretty square. Only critism needed more seasoning and garlic on the pasta.

Nice restaurant with nice and dynamic staff. They were helpful to move us inside when it started to rain. The heart shape pizza was a nice touch. My wife's dish (risotto) was a bit bland, and mine (salmon tagliatelle) was quite good. Recommended.

The service wasn't very friendly, which may have been due to the heat. The food was very uninspired, tasteless (lacking salt, pepper, and everything else) and with no regard for proportions (a mound of pasta that stuck together, topped with some tomato sauce and five shavings of Parmesan). I definitely cannot recommend this restaurant.

The food was quite good but the portion of lasagna was really small, I had to eat something else when I got home.

A very pleasant experience, the service was great and the pizzas delicious, I highly recommend it.

Arrived around 1:30 pm, very warm welcome, and I saw people coming in at 2:30 pm for dessert, also very well received. Smiling and attentive welcome, friendly conversation, attentive service, very good pizza, impeccable dessert. Pleasant and not too cramped terrace, very nice interior, clean restrooms 👌 I'll be back.
