Patio Opéra, what a place! What a welcome! What food! What staff! The team—Titouan, Eva, Raphaël, and Thomas—you're simply the best! Thank you for the wonderful evening you made possible. Behind the bar, serving, on the dance floor, getting us in the mood for a little while, I can only say bravo. Bravo because you understand what this beautiful profession in the restaurant business is all about—a guaranteed memorable customer experience ;) PS 1: Patio, please hire Raphaël on a permanent contract! PS 2: Eva and Raphaël are such a lovely couple! PS 3: Thank you, Eva, for the souvenir photo.
