Le Patio'nnement sur Nantes

A very good restaurant in the heart of Nantes city center. The terrace is nestled among trees in a natural setting. The food is excellent, with very little waiting time and warm service, all in a calm and friendly atmosphere. However, we did find a small hair in one of our plates, but mistakes happen, of course. Special mention goes to the restrooms, which were beautiful and very clean, with chairs available if you wait.

A superb restaurant with different seating areas; we dined in the lovely, intimate patio. The food is of very high quality, and the service is provided by a young, dynamic, and very pleasant and welcoming team. We had a wonderful evening in this spot in the heart of Nantes, which I highly recommend!

A pleasant and cozy place; we were seated outside in a small, private corner, which was lovely. The waitress was very friendly and attentive. The food was excellent, and the service was quick, with little waiting between courses.

Not very good value for money. I thought the starter was good (St. Marcellin cheese), the main course was just okay (burger), and the dessert was good (gourmet coffee). Oh yes, and for an aperitif, avoid the Bango Patio; it's a rum cocktail with no rum flavor.

Let's be honest, I won't be back. As a customer incapable of cooking for so many people, I expected a bit more for my second visit. The welcome was friendly and professional, but the service was slow and chaotic. The meal was just average. After a long wait, we finally got two plates of sea bream fillet. It looked good and was well-cooked. The side dishes were a bit meager. Luckily, we had dinner, so it was a light meal for the evening. For me, the Patio Burger was much more of a disappointment. The burger was haphazardly placed on the plate. Not bad, no, but the meat and the Nantes cheese, like the onions, were completely tasteless. Absolutely no appeal. The same goes for the fries: not hot enough, and some were way overcooked. Even the salad dressing wasn't flavorful enough. So, I was extremely disappointed. The same for the "café gourmand" (gourmet coffee). Not bad. The raspberry ice cream was good. The chocolate cake was very good. The apple and pear cake was just okay, and there was something spongy and strange that was absolutely not good. One last thing: the iced Pinot Noir wasn't great. So, for €94, it's more than disappointing. But the setting is nice, that's all.

A place worth discovering. The dining area can be reserved for private events such as company meals or large groups. Last year we had over 40 guests.
