Nice cafe with outdoor seating, with good selection of drinks (coffee), cakes and ice creams etc. We liked the fact that we chose, ordered and paid inside. We were given a wooden spoon as a sign of service. Our order was brought to our table.

Very fresh and above all abundant sandwich

We had sandwiches during our hike on the GR53: The size was really impressive, and they were very good. We also tasted a pastry (like a chocolate pretzel) which was also very good. All the desserts were really tempting. In the evening they serve pizzas. The service was very fast despite the queue of customers.

The coziest and most relaxed patisserie Le pâtissier des Thermes is right on the main street in Niederbronn-les-Bains with tables outside and inside. Very stylish and interesting interior design with large windows for lots of natural light in the cafe and nice view outside. It is especially nice in the warm season to sit outside and look at the beautiful fountain square The area is wonderful!! Clean, neat and impressive!! The breads and sweet pastries here are fresh, and very tasty, as is the croissant but also the sweets taste great also very tasty cake 🍰 to take away. There is also good coffee. Seating allows you to enjoy your coffee and cake in peace. The staff is always in a good mood. The patisserie is also open on Sundays, making it a great place to take a little break and relax on a weekend trip. Nice place to rest and chat. The atmosphere is also top notch. The service has always been friendly and pleasant to me. Always very polite and friendly sellers. Next to the cafe in the west there is a leisure park, the place is good for walking enjoying the peace and good natured fun, play equipment and swings are available for the children. After visiting the pastry shop you can go straight for a walk in the park.
