25/08/2026: A truly exceptional restaurant experience! From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the beautiful atmosphere. The stunning view, the stylish ambiance, and the pleasant mood created the perfect setting for a special evening. I would particularly like to commend the service: The entire team was exceptionally friendly, attentive, and highly professional. I felt warmly welcomed and exceptionally well cared for at all times, without the service ever being intrusive. This is exactly the kind of dining one expects at this level. The culinary experience was also a true highlight. I had the Fleur de saumon Bömlo en gravlax, the Filet de bar, and for dessert, the Noisettement vôtre. Each dish was not only delicious but also presented with meticulous attention to detail and exquisite presentation. The flavors were wonderfully balanced, and each dish had its own distinct character. The carefully selected wine pairings were also excellent and perfectly complemented each course. Overall, a wonderful combination of excellent cuisine, outstanding service, a stylish ambiance, and a breathtaking view. A restaurant I highly recommend and will certainly remember fondly for a long time. A truly wonderful experience – I will gladly return!

23/08/2026: We had a wonderful time at the Akacias restaurant in Niederbreonn. The food was delicious, the atmosphere lovely, and above all, the staff were warm, attentive, and very friendly! We'll definitely be back, both for the delicious food and the warm welcome!

25/08/2026: I went there for lunch today. The starter was excellent. The lasagna was divine. The dessert was a surprisingly flavorful chocolate mousse. The setting. The service. In short, a great find just 20 minutes from my house. Go there, it's fantastic!

15/08/2026: We came to eat here last night during our weekend getaway for my husband's birthday. The young owner and her waitress, Sandrine, gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. It's a lovely establishment, decorated with great charm. You feel right at home. The menu is enticing. I loved the snails as a starter, as well as the main course (the homemade meat pie) – it was delicious! It came with fresh crudités. The plate was beautifully presented and very appealing. The portions were so generous that we didn't order dessert! We had a very pleasant and convivial time. If the opportunity arises, we will definitely return to eat at this restaurant with great pleasure 😊🥰

13/08/2026: Our choice of restaurant was influenced by the excellent reviews we had read beforehand. We weren't disappointed: the service, the food, and the atmosphere were exemplary. This is the Alsace we love, Àlles Guete!

09/05/2026: La Ferme Mellon is located in the heart of the countryside near Niederbronn-les-Bains. The setting is a blend of Northern Vosges and Alsatian styles. The specialty is Alsatian tarte flambée, offered in all its variations. The restaurant has a rustic style, with stone walls and half-timbering, a wooden bar, and a magnificent wood-fired oven at the far end of the room. I've never eaten such delicious tarte flambée. It was very generously topped, and the wood-fired cooking was absolutely perfect. Thank you to the owner! 😁 The service was provided by a very kind and friendly waitress. The prices are reasonable. In short, a fantastic evening. I highly recommend it.

24/05/2026: A wonderful weekend with my sisters and brothers-in-law, as always. The rooms were cozy, the food was excellent, and the breakfast was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, having come for years and always remaining very satisfied. I highly recommend it.

18/04/2026: We spent a day at the hotel spa, or rather, two hours at the spa and two hours at the restaurant for lunch. To be honest, as frequent restaurant and hotel diners, we expected much better. First, at the restaurant, the welcome was quite cordial. The service, however, was very slow. The wait between courses was interminable. The waitress told us about her health problems even though we hadn't asked, and the waiter cleared the table by placing the cloth bread basket on top of a sauce-covered plate. We headed to the spa hoping to relax. But what a disappointment! While the establishment looked high-quality from the outside, the arrival at the spa was… negative. There were just two changing rooms, the walls of which were partially moldy. A sort of locker room without a shower. A hairdryer that must have been at least 20 years old. The spa is very small, with two saunas and a hammam that wasn't working. Too few sun loungers for the number of customers. The sensory showers were overcrowded. The jacuzzi wasn't very hot. The tiles around the pool were extremely slippery. After an hour and a half at the spa, we decided to leave. Really disappointed with our visit. Very poor value for money.

23/08/2026: A very nice establishment in Niederbronn-les-Bains where we had breakfast. The service was super responsive and friendly, and the products were of high quality.

05/08/2026: Had a delicious lunch, and a coffee with a pastry afterwards because everything is very tasty.

27/07/2026: We had a lovely time. It had been a long time since I'd had such a delicious vol-au-vent... I was accompanied by my 4-year-old daughter, who was very attentive to the staff. Thank you!

30/07/2026: A very cozy, intimate restaurant with delicious food! Friendly people working there. I would definitely recommend this. What I would also recommend is the homemade brownie for dessert, insanely tasty. I do recommend making a reservation, though, the place is popular :)
