Les meilleurs restaurants en Niederbronn-Les-Bains

15/10/2026: We discovered this restaurant a few months ago. Since then, we've been back several times. We appreciate the flavor and presentation of the dishes; the professionalism and attentive service of the owner and staff; and the ambiance. In the summer, the terrace is very pleasant and shaded. The lunchtime set menu is excellent value for money. This autumn, we tried the chalet with the pierrade option. It was delicious, generous portions, and the setting was original and welcoming, perfect for an evening with family or friends. We can't wait to go back! 🙂

05/10/2026: Excellent experience, top-notch staff. The food and cocktails were superb and refined. Great setting, both inside and out. Even the restrooms were well-maintained and clean. We'll be back.

17/10/2026: We called when the restaurant was closed and received a very friendly call back shortly afterward – a great first impression! Making a table reservation was then completely straightforward. The food was simply fantastic: the pork knuckle was wonderfully tender and deliciously crispy, and the pork cheeks were also perfectly cooked and incredibly tasty. On top of that, the service was attentive and warm, and the team was exceptionally friendly, making us feel instantly welcome. A definite recommendation! We were absolutely delighted and will definitely be back.

21/09/2026: Excellent food. Generous and well-presented. Pleasant atmosphere. It's a shame the carafe of water was lukewarm next to our ice-cold beer. I recommend it.

10/09/2026: Lovely accommodation. Unfortunately, the neighbor next door has two dogs that are outside at night. They bark a lot. The owner is unwilling to listen and lets the dogs out anyway. It's a real shame, because Farm Mellon is a lovely place to stay and the owner is very nice, but you might not get a good night's sleep.

24/08/2026: The room was clean and comfortable, although the beds were perhaps a bit narrow. Dinner was great, and breakfast was good. Highly recommended!

23/08/2026: A very nice establishment in Niederbronn-les-Bains where we had breakfast. The service was super responsive and friendly, and the products were of high quality.

24/05/2026: A wonderful weekend with my sisters and brothers-in-law, as always. The rooms were cozy, the food was excellent, and the breakfast was superb. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool, having come for years and always remaining very satisfied. I highly recommend it.

18/04/2026: We spent a day at the hotel spa, or rather, two hours at the spa and two hours at the restaurant for lunch. To be honest, as frequent restaurant and hotel diners, we expected much better. First, at the restaurant, the welcome was quite cordial. The service, however, was very slow. The wait between courses was interminable. The waitress told us about her health problems even though we hadn't asked, and the waiter cleared the table by placing the cloth bread basket on top of a sauce-covered plate. We headed to the spa hoping to relax. But what a disappointment! While the establishment looked high-quality from the outside, the arrival at the spa was… negative. There were just two changing rooms, the walls of which were partially moldy. A sort of locker room without a shower. A hairdryer that must have been at least 20 years old. The spa is very small, with two saunas and a hammam that wasn't working. Too few sun loungers for the number of customers. The sensory showers were overcrowded. The jacuzzi wasn't very hot. The tiles around the pool were extremely slippery. After an hour and a half at the spa, we decided to leave. Really disappointed with our visit. Very poor value for money.

27/07/2026: We had a lovely time. It had been a long time since I'd had such a delicious vol-au-vent... I was accompanied by my 4-year-old daughter, who was very attentive to the staff. Thank you!
