From the aperitif to the coffee, everything was simply perfect! It's worth noting that the dishes were beautifully presented, further enhancing our palates, already tantalized by the suggested wine pairings. I already miss the aroma of the truffle risotto, and what can I say about the crabmeat crumble—it was simply divine—not to mention the succulent chicken supreme... In short, for me, at almost 50, this remains without a doubt my best experience in a non-Michelin-starred restaurant.
