A varied and delicious buffet! I'm taking my grandma out for lunch today. Today, we're having pollock steak and duck skewers! "Mmm, it's good," said Grandma. Great taste, a lively atmosphere, and warm service. It's a welcome change from the retirement home! We get out, we laugh. I highly recommend it. Desserts for every taste. A lively place means it must be good.

We hired Thierry and his team for our wedding. He gave us excellent advice on our choices. Everything was perfect and delicious. Thanks also to his waitresses. A truly great team; for anyone hesitating, you can book them without hesitation.

Perfect reception for my son's wedding. The reception exceeded our expectations, filled with delicious and varied homemade petits fours. What can I say about Valérie, our friendly waitress, who met all our needs without ever losing a smile. And even Néné was not left out. In short, thank you to this wonderful team and of course Thierry the boss, so friendly and accommodating. Bravo, I highly recommend it.

We were lucky enough to have Thierry and his team as our caterer for our wedding. Everything was absolutely perfect, with excellent quality products, excellent service, and the entire team was very friendly and attentive. The guests all loved it, and we highly recommend it.

10/05/2026: Our stay at La Maison de Rhodes was an enchanting interlude in the heart of Troyes during a sporting weekend getaway. Nestled in a former Templar residence, this 5-star hotel elegantly blends the authenticity of its timber framing with contemporary refinement. Our spacious room, with its exceptional bedding and generously sized bathroom, guaranteed excellent comfort. The intimate, heated outdoor pool area was a haven of relaxation for a sunny afternoon. Dinner and breakfast, prepared with local products, delighted our palates. Finally, the warm welcome and helpful advice of the staff, who even took care of our reservation at a local restaurant, truly charmed us. An exceptional address, where history and hospitality come together perfectly. We will definitely return.
15/02/2026: We had a wonderful Valentine's Day stay at Maison de Rhodes. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, the rooms were spacious, clean, and tastefully decorated, and the restaurant was intimate with quick and attentive service (we even had the opportunity to chat with the chef who came to make sure everything was going well and share a few secrets with us). A stay at the hotel that made us feel right at home!
