Le Pavillon Augustine sur Trouville-Sur-Mer

While passing through Trouville, we first looked via Google maps at the restaurants that seemed the most delicious to us, using regional products while having an attractive visual. We were not disappointed. The welcome was jovial. We were seated at the table we wanted. The decoration is elaborate and very instagramable. The mix of kitsch, very arty fluorescent sculptures with traditional furniture. The menu, in addition to being visually attractive and clear, reflected the image of the establishment. Proposals of traditional essentials with local products but also atypical fusions of other international cuisines (guacamole, tataki, risotto, Thai beef salad, poke bowl, and many others). I opted for a crispy salmon tataki as a starter, it was fresh and tasty. Perfectly balanced and I really enjoyed the wasabi emulsion. For the main course I opted for the roasted prawns accompanied by saffron risotto and diced chorizo. The waitress recommended an excellent white wine to accompany everything but I don't remember its title. My friends preferred to have the mussels marinières which were also delicious! I highly recommend this restaurant in Trouville if you are looking for a place to have lunch, dinner, with friends or family. Even as a lover, ideal for all types of occasions! Top pianist, good atmosphere, nothing to complain about the dishes

Dinner at the Pavillon Augustine seated at a table with a beautiful view of the canal and the city. Absolutely lovely service (really, really). Honest and varied menu. Parsley knives as plump as you like, (the parsley lacks a little bit of salt, garlic, etc.). Fresh and gargantuan seafood platter “The classic for two”. Beautiful terrace on the canal, a large room with a piano and a spectacular bar. Exceptional wines. Small request: a hook or something for the ladies' bags which unfortunately end up on the ground. The seat backs being round we cannot do otherwise. A great place to recommend.

Very friendly setting, arrive at 8:30 p.m., order taken at 9 p.m., we are told that the menu offered at a reasonable price is no longer possible because it is only served until 8:45 p.m.….. a la carte prices therefore double the bill which is very disappointing. However, the dishes served are tasty and of high quality. Very average friendliness of service.

Mooie plek om te dineren. We kozen alledrie voor het menu met 2 gangen; voorgerecht en hoofdgerecht voor €29,90. We kozen alledrie de oesters vooraf, 6 stuks met vinaigrette en sneetjes brood. Bij de drankjes (die wel behoorlijk prijzig zijn) krijg je olijfjes. We kozen de Joue de Boeuf Braisee, Pavee de lieu noir basse en de Filet mignon de porc. We kregen de oesters heel snel, ze waren heerlijk. Hoofdgerecht duurde iets langer, de gerechten zijn mooi opgemaakt en erg lekker. Wel vreemd dat niemand komt vragen of alles naar wens is en of het gesmaakt heeft. Misschien omdat we slecht frans spreken?

Acceuil tres sympathique,sourire et amabilité,dîner en terrasse,tarte fine chèvre délicieuse,filet de bar succulent bravo au chef,tout ça accompagné d’un champagne ruinant rosé,divin.Le service est parfait,très professionnel.C était la première fois que nous venions dans ce restaurant mais nous ne sommes pas déçu,nous reviendrons.
