We came three times in three days! We were always greeted with a smile and a touch of humor by the whole team. We thoroughly enjoyed the seafood and the French toast for dessert, despite my partner's rather bland taste for vanilla ice cream 😝 We'll gladly return on our next trip to Normandy 🤗

A lovely spot on the seafront, with a very entertaining piano bar atmosphere on Saturday nights. I'd do it again.

The food is excellent, the place is very pleasant and well located. However, the service could be improved, particularly the almost non-existent welcome and the very limited organization for payment. There's a lovely piano bar atmosphere on Saturday evenings with a live singer.

A wonderful discovery! We had a truly excellent meal, with remarkably high-quality ingredients. I started with the oysters: a marvel! 🦪 I think I can safely say I've never eaten oysters so beautiful and plump. A real treat! For my main course, I chose the skate with capers, perfectly cooked, generous, and delicious. Simple cuisine in the best sense of the word, allowing the quality and freshness of the ingredients to shine. We had a wonderful time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves from beginning to end. We wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to all seafood lovers!

Hello Corinne, a regular customer, brought us to your establishment. It's a shame we're from Burgundy; we'd come much more often. Everything was perfect. The waiter, Edouard, with his small tattoo, had us in stitches while remaining very professional and completely understated. It's a pity I would have loved to leave a bad review just to have the pleasure of reading Arnaud's response. The next day, we spent the evening at our table discussing his replies and went to bed with tears in our eyes. Keep up the good work, and may the grumpy ones stay away.

Disappointed by the food. The starter lacked seasoning, the squid tentacles in the main course were overcooked, and unfortunately, the dessert (yuzu ice cream soufflé) was mass-produced. However, the atmosphere was pleasant and the service was adequate.

The meal was very good, but the wait was far too long, and the dishes were brought out separately; the children's menu was finished before the starters! At this price, one expects a higher standard of service. Kudos to the chefs, though; it was still very good.

The portions were generous, beautifully presented, and absolutely delicious. Special mention goes to the lobster and its beautiful, vibrant presentation. 🦞🍷 A big thank you to Arnaud Pelhate and his partner for their warm welcome, kindness, and helpfulness. We also had some very interesting conversations about art and decoration. As a painter myself, under the name Soyut Selda, I had the pleasure of discussing a future decoration project with them, with the idea that a piece from my collection could soon join and complement the magnificent collection already on display at Pavillon Augustine. 🎨✨ It's especially wonderful to meet people who share this appreciation for art, beauty, and places with a true sense of identity. I wholeheartedly recommend this place for its cuisine, ambiance, warm welcome, and above all, for that special something that makes you want to return. Even the restrooms have a stylish decor, including a very original arrangement of toilet brushes. - The "bouillon" set menu offers good value for money in a seaside resort like Trouville. - View of the harbor, excellent location. - Friendly and attentive service. A few minor observations: - The "bouillon" set menu is not available on weekends. The à la carte menu can quickly add up, which is less suitable if you're looking for a budget-friendly restaurant. - The waiter or owner uses the informal "tu" form with customers and speaks to them in a familiar tone to create a connection. While some may find this friendly, others might find it intrusive or even rude. Personally, it didn't bother me; on the contrary. - The portions are small, but of good quality. Those with a large appetite should order a starter, main course, and dessert to feel satisfied.

A very good restaurant, with truly kind and attentive servers. I ordered sole and asked for it to be cleaned and filleted. Everything was done perfectly, with great care. Everything was excellent from start to finish, both the food and the service. It's truly a pleasure to see establishments like this, where the staff takes the time to do things properly and satisfy their customers. I highly recommend this restaurant! And a special thank you to Romane for her warm welcome, kindness, and professionalism. A wonderful experience; I will definitely return!
