We had a wonderful time at Pavillon Augustine for a hen party. The incredible welcome immediately set the mood. The meal was absolutely delicious, and the service was very pleasant. I highly recommend it!

An exceptional place that you absolutely must discover if you're in Trouville. The service is impeccable and the setting is simply magnificent. The staff stands out for their friendliness and attentiveness to detail. As for the food, the dishes are delicious, refined, and beautifully presented. The flavors are truly exceptional, offering a truly memorable experience. The wine list is also very impressive, to be enjoyed, of course, in moderation. The value for money is entirely justified given the quality of the service. I highly recommend this establishment to all lovers of fine cuisine! 🍽️🌿

The welcome and service were very friendly and attentive. Beautiful establishment and superb location, delicious cuisine. Good value for money. We particularly enjoyed the piano bar atmosphere. We will be back.

Dinner for a group of 20 people. The owner was very friendly and professional, as was the waiter. The meal was delicious! We had seafood, fish as a main course, and a thin apple tart. Thank you very much for the warm welcome.

30/06/2026: The lemon cake we ate in Cabourg was delicious. I assume the one in Trouville was too; the chocolate bun was certainly the best in Normandy. Furthermore, brioche that you really have to eat the same day, as they go stale quickly but are tasty. The downside is that it is often very busy in Trouville, so you do need to be patient.
29/06/2026: Pleasant service, smiling saleswoman. Wide selection of sweet treats. The babkas are good, especially the pistachio one, which is absolutely delicious! The chocolate pecan cookie was incredible! Crispy and chewy, indulgent but not too sweet. The chocolate had melted slightly in the heat of the day, but it was still perfect! The sandwiches are simple but satisfying.

24/07/2026: The galettes were generously filled and the service was quick despite us not having a reservation. However, I got the impression the waiter was just trying to get rid of us.
21/07/2026: The crepes were very good, although one of the Norwegian crepes had overcooked salmon. The ingredients were high quality. The tables were cramped. The staff were more or less adequate. The cashier's attitude was deplorable… a fine way to treat customers.
