After a bit of a wait, our aperitif was served.
We had just started it when, to our great surprise, the main course arrived.
We therefore didn't have the opportunity to choose a wine to accompany it. As a result, we finished our aperitif at the same time as the main course. Not ideal.
I had come several times about ten years ago, and the service was impeccable. I regret that this is no longer the case.
I don't know if I'll return.

I was already familiar with this restaurant and came today, Valentine's Day, with my wife who hadn't been before.
The service was excellent, and the value for money was impeccable. We'll be back!

A romantic dinner for two to celebrate Friday the 13th. Booked in advance via The Fork.
A warm welcome. The head waiter was friendly and had a great sense of humor. Impeccable service with attention to detail. Quick service.
The dishes were delicious. The 300g Chateaubriand was divine, accompanied by fresh fries and a perfectly seasoned sauce. For my wife, I had pork pluma with new potatoes in a goose fat sauce. The meat was a bit fatty compared to the filet mignon, but apparently, she enjoyed it. It was all gone.
For dessert, the homemade profiteroles were by far the best I've ever tasted.
As for the chocolate entremet, it was incredibly chocolatey, mousse-like, and creamy all at once, topped with chocolate sauce. The only problem? Too small for someone with a sweet tooth.
The restaurant has a cozy atmosphere with soft, discreet music.
Everything was perfect for this evening.
Our only regret is not having been able to fully enjoy the setting, as night had fallen and the weather was… dreadful.
We'll be back!

Valentine's Day evening. In short: it's good but not exceptional. It lacks that something that makes you want to come back. The same menu for everyone; the restaurant knows how to accommodate everyone's dietary restrictions. However, when the appetizers arrive and the waiter tells you they're made with goat cheese, and you say, "I don't eat goat cheese," they reply: "Try it, you'll see it's not strong!" Except it was particularly strong!
The aperitifs are served, and we're asked if we want red or white wine. Water isn't offered. 30 minutes later, another waiter asks if we want water (included in the set menu), we say yes, but it's not brought to us. We have to ask for it again later. As for the main course, mixing truffle mashed potatoes and morel sauce is odd. It's good, but one flavor overpowers the other.
The dessert is good. The service is good, but not up to the restaurant's usual standard. You get the feeling the staff are either hired on a temporary basis or have only average training. However, they are kind, friendly, and well-intentioned. One waiter made me laugh by saying, "You want me to serve you…". No attention is paid to empty plates… to know who to clear or which table to serve first…
In short, a pleasant evening, but it lacks that certain something that makes you want to come back. The food is good, but not exceptional.

I've been a regular at Pavillon des Ibis since 2021 and I really enjoy the dishes (made with fresh, seasonal ingredients).
Yesterday, for a private event, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome, the quality of the interaction, the setting (Salon Véranda), and the professionalism of the entire staff. They are all so kind and attentive.
In addition to the four heaters, we also had access to supplemental heaters.
The environment is beautiful, warm, peaceful, and healthy. All the guests were delighted, and we had a wonderful time. The meal was generous and delicious.
The respect for time and the cleanliness of the premises (especially the restrooms) were a real plus.
It was a true pleasure working with Nilena, who is very professional and patient.
Simply, a heartfelt thank you to all the staff at Pavillon des Ibis.
My family and I highly recommend this place.

I organized my mother's birthday party at Pavillon des Ibis, and the experience was exceptional. From our very first visit, we were charmed by the venue, but especially by the quality of the service: from the event coordinator to the manager, not forgetting the staff present on the day itself, everything was perfect. The event unfolded exactly as we had hoped. The service was attentive, the meal delicious, and the setting and decorations were a hit with all the guests. In short, it was an unforgettable moment. I highly recommend this venue for any type of event, and I will definitely return!
