The service and atmosphere were pleasant. The food was generous and very good. However, I'm deducting one star for cleanliness. I've included some photos which will speak for themselves. Come on, a little more effort and everything would be perfect. 😉

It's impossible to leave Soustons without trying Pekoe's famous "all-duck" platter! 🦆✨ Duck breast, salt-cured duck breast, foie gras, semi-cooked foie gras, duck confit heart… and many other gourmet surprises to discover there! Quality products, an address we wholeheartedly recommend. I'll let you discover the rest for yourself, but one thing is for sure: go for it! 🍷🔥

Second meal in this restaurant, a very simple meal, discovering a regional dish: Axoa of veal accompanied by homemade fries, a meltingly tender bavette steak with shallots, and a sugar crepe that has that lovely taste of rum (just like grandma used to make)!!

Very disappointed with the service. We came the day after the reopening and the service wasn't up to par. We were seated under a pergola where the cool air blew in throughout the meal. They spilled the garbure (a traditional Pyrenean soup) on us and forgot the Nutella in our crêpe... Luckily, the quality of the food made up for the service.

28/05/2026: Restaurant in Soustons where we were spending our holidays, very warm welcome, beautiful decor. We chose for our starter an asparagus velouté with morel cream and grilled foie gras cubes, excellent, then a fillet of spring sea bream with vegetables, Bouillabaisse jus, a very good dish. For dessert, I had the Swan with Blood Orange Cream, Suzette Sauce, Parisian-style Orange Blossom Sorbet, very tasty, and my partner had a generous cheese plate.
02/02/2026: Fantastic sophisticated French food, with well-balanced, well-thought-out flavors. Service by the Mrs. was great and welcoming. Wouldn't hesitate to go back.
