A very big thank you to the entire Pélican team, we were VERY well received, the family room was super comfortable for the 5 of us and we ate very well with full board, both for breakfasts and for dinners taken in your very pleasant restaurant, gourmet menus!!
Vernantes is ideally located between Angers, Tours and Le Mans, and next to Saumur which is also worth the detour!

Family hotel, well run, which doesn't look like much and yet does the job. The rooms are small but well thought out in terms of efficiency. Shower and bedding are good too. Good value for money.
Free parking.
Family reunion for this Easter weekend, we called on the catering service of this restaurant. Very satisfied!!

Hello, with my wife we attended the meal of the year 1947 on March 2. We were seated with 55 people in a cramped room without windows,
poorly soundproofed, hence the cacophony, with 5 crooked frames as decoration without anything in them, not to mention the smells of cooking right next door. The meal was worthy of a fast food restaurant like Flunch but not at the same price (48 euros per person). The coq au vin tasted burnt with a water sauce. My partner not drinking alcohol, she was allowed tap water. In short, it is a service unworthy of a 3-star establishment.
02/09/2024: Nous sommes allés manger mon mari et moi même dans ce restaurant suite à l'offre d'une Wonderbox.
Un menu entrée , plat , dessert à choisir sur l'ardoise présentée .
Les plats sont bons , très bien présentés et généreux.
Le service été un peu rapide pour une soirée ou il n'y avait pas énormément de monde. les plats sont servis aussitôt débarrassés. C'est assez dommage on mange sans profiter de discuter un peu entre les plats. C'est le seul bémol de la soirée.
Le serveur été sympathique et très discret dans son travail.
Le cadre est très agréable c'est beau et propre .
Nous y retournerons .
17/06/2024: nice restaurant but service was not relaxed nor helpfull. The starter and desert were excellent but the main courses for both of us were a let down.
