When ordering (a couple of starters, 2 mains which come with rice included and 2 naans) we were told by the waiter that it was “too much food” in a semi rude tone. We cancelled one of the starters from our order expecting huge portions and came away feeling a bit disappointed and not full. It felt really odd to have a waiter tell us we were over ordering, only to have quite small portions brought to us.
The food was nice and tasted home cooked but the service was incredibly slow - it wasn’t particularly busy and we waited over 30 mins between starter and main, long waits for the bill to be brought out, the card machine etc.
Nice food - just need more staff working or smaller capacity of customers ☺️

Small discovery in the ramparts of St-Malo. An essential stopover to discover Indian cuisine. I recommend with your eyes closed. 😋😉

Lovely cozy place, good menu and good vegetarian options. We had the lamb vindaloo and matar panir. Service could be more attentive, but it was a lovely meal.

Very good Indian dish! I really enjoyed the tikka masala, full of flavors. However, I find the price of €16 a little high for a single dish, without a drink. Value for money could be improved

Déçus car avons suivi les avis de TRIP !!
Connaissant bien cette cuisine puisque nous connaissons bien le pays ( plusieurs voyages en couple sacs à dos ) avons été déçu par le goût insipide des plats au nombre de 7 que nous avons commandé ...Le Lassi nature (yaourt dilué simplement !!) pas de goût , la Raita très basique , le poulet tandoori ..rien d' un tandoori , le basmati très moyen etc..
bref nous avons aperçu un vieux monsieur d' origine indienne ??? ou pakistanaise en cuisine qui aidait le cuisinier , il nous paraissait bien fatigué ...peut être sommes nous tomber un jour ou il aurait fallu passer notre chemin ...
En résumé pour les fins connaisseurs de cette cuisine divine ..passer votre chemin ....

What a delightful restaurant.
The best Indian cuisine we had here in France.
We had the Lamb Biryani as well as the Lamb tandoor tikka masala. The meat was so tender and the portions very generous.
This was accompanies by a garlic naan, mango lassi and a dry white wine.
An absolute success and complements to the Le Penjab owber and staff.
I am definitely planning to come and eat here again.
