excellent waiters, quite polite and not pushy, willing to wait at least an hour until you pay and not ask you for money. very fresh coffee and great respect for the manager, with whom we spoke once, and I just confirmed that today the coffee was more acidic than last time, he explained that the type of coffee was the same, maybe they had just planned something wrong, and apologized. Anyway, my favorite coffee is served here.

Perfect little hotel in the center of Toulose. Rooms and bathrooms are spotless and have all the comforts. The hotel is located on top of a metro station, but everything really is walking distance so no need to go underground.

The hotel has renovated rooms. They are good with the basics. Very good location. The staff is attentive and the breakfast can be improved but it is not bad

Although officially a 3 star hotel, it offers reception service and room quality above this level and has an unbeatable location, close to ‘everything ´ : just steps away from the river embankments and near to several popular squares with lots of good restaurants. All shopping nearby.

Very modern, very functional room, well equipped and spotlessly clean The location is simply excellent in the heart of the old city, equidistant from all the main places of interest and in front of a Metro stop, three stops from the train station I would say that this hotel has so many advantages, not least good value for money!

Nous avons mangé sur la terrasse nappée Très bon service et serveur aux petits soins. Nous avons mangé en entrée des accras de canard, un carpaccio et une salade niçoise et un copieux café gourmand. Tout était excellent. Des Cognacs offert. A recommander.

Déjeuner au restaurant vraiment très bien ! Plats frais et délicieux. Le service et l’accueil sont parfaits .. un très bon moment dans un très agréable restaurant.

11/08/2024: The dishes are always homemade and delicious, and very reasonable prices. The owners are very nice, I recommend with my eyes closed.
20/07/2024: We arrived after our last stage by bike (Bordeaux-Toulouse). We were 7 adults and a baby and we had a blast!!! Everyone was very kind and understanding with us. To start, we were helped to store the bicycles outside the restaurant; then...we adapted the formula of the day to one of us who is vegan; we were spoken to in Spanish to make it easier for some of us to understand... the kindness deserves more than 5 stars but then the meal... we ate very well. The dishes are cooked with quality ingredients, very well chosen and the taste of all the dishes was extraordinary. The quantity was relevant and the atmosphere very nice. We had a great time with friends and this meal ended our trip in the best way possible. Thank you very much for everything to the whole family (we don't know your first names but you were all great with us). The price of the menu was also very reasonable, even inexpensive given the quality and taste of all the dishes. THANKS THANKS THANKS.
