Le Perisphere sur Montastruc-De-Salies

We had a delightfully dining experience at Sphère. As soon as our trip to France was booked, I began researching restaurants. Drawn by its stellar reviews, I decided to reserve a table. The tasting menu is thoughtfully conceived and beautifully paced. The chef demonstrates remarkable creativity, combining ingredients with a confident, precise touch-each pairing felt harmonious and intentional. A particular highlight was the duck course, which was truly exceptional. The duck was cooked to perfection, its richness expertly balanced by the accompanying elements, all sourced with evident care. I was thoroughly impressed. I was happy that the kitchen offers a considered children's menu. My son ordered the steak, which was prepared with the same care as the main courses; he was delighted. We did request a second portion, as the serving was modest for his appetite, but it was a worthwhile addition for a dish of such quality. It stands as a far more compelling option than the typical children's menu found elsewhere. I will return on my next visit to Paris.

The food presentation and value for the course menu is what I appreciated. And the dessert was fabulous! However, for me personally the stark decor misses the mark. Having lived in Japan it isn’t quite right. Perhaps a warmer mix with a Parisian flair would serve to provide a better ambience and give a nod to the food melange of French and Japanese! The service was just a bit slow and mechanic but front of house was lovely! There is a ton of hype for this restaurant but for me the question is whether or not I would want to return and I’m not sure I would.

Incredible experience! From start to finish we had a professional welcome, an incredibly delicious diner, 8 courses with wines matching these dishes. The most complex flavours I've ever tasted! After asking if they could do something special for the birthday girl, they happily agreed and helped put something small into action. Loved it!

Stunning food and great portions, but the service needs Michelin-level training I recently visited for the 6-course tasting menu. The culinary team is incredibly talented—every dish was beautifully detailed, and the variety of sauces and side components was impressive. Aside from the opening amuse-bouche (which was a bit too intensely flavored to start the meal), the rest of the menu was flawless: 2 excellent appetizers, 2 perfect mains, and 2 desserts. The portions are generous; if you have a smaller appetite, the 4-course would easily suffice. The food was so good that it kept my date night enjoyable despite some major front-of-house issues. I am writing this constructive feedback because the food deserves a higher standard of hospitality. First, our initial seating on the long sofa had a physical gap in the seat. While we were moved to a better spot, that second table was noticeably unstable. The main area for improvement is the service. Our waitress lacked the training expected of a Michelin-guided establishment. Her movements were rushed and lacked elegance when clearing dishes. When serving the wine, she poured full glasses without offering a taste first, and dripped wine onto the table. There was also a very long, unexplained delay after the first finger food, with no bread or updates offered. Furthermore, the desserts were served on chipped plates (my friend’s had two cracks, mine had one). When we politely pointed this out, the waitress defensively replied, "There are 10 positives out of just one negative?" Fortunately, she didn't pursue the comment further, or it would have ruined the evening. The kitchen is doing magnificent work. I truly hope the chef and management read this and invest in training the front-of-house team so the service can finally match the excellent standard of the food.

We celebrated my best friend's birthday at Sphere, & the experience was exceptional, The service was impeccable. Our waitresses, Sophie, took care of us with kindness, attention, and wonderful sense of professionalism. The food was extraordinary, beautifully prepared, & full of flavour. We felt completely at ease & enjoyed every moment. A perfect combination of elegance, warmth & culinary excellence. Highly recommended.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our visit to Sphere in Paris was an absolute highlight. A very special word of praise goes to our waiter, Otis. From the very first minute, he was incredibly attentive, warm, and professional. His warm demeanor ensured that we felt immediately welcome and in excellent hands. He was able to answer every question with expertise and offered outstanding recommendations. Otis strikes the perfect balance between attentive service and a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. His personable yet poised manner significantly enhanced our evening. Many thanks to the entire team, and especially to Otis, for this wonderful experience. We would love to return and wholeheartedly recommend Sphere in Paris!

The six-course menu was of an exceptionally high standard and truly impressed us. Each dish was beautifully balanced in flavor and offered great variety. The service from Otis was outstanding attentive, friendly, and highly professional throughout the evening. We felt completely comfortable and were able to fully enjoy the experience. Overall, an excellent dining experience that we would definitely recommend.

Wait staff was amazing. She really made our experience wonderful. However we felt rushed 7p reservations and they seemed to want us out by 9p. Food came too quickly

I absolutely loved the food and the service! Otis was the most gentle and polite service person you probably can ask for in Paris 🤭 he was patient and speaks perfect English. The food presentation and taste matched, I literally booked another one on the spot! Lunch set menu is PERFECT!
