The welcome seemed a bit cold despite our advance booking. While enjoying a glass of Sancerre, we noticed the chef was working alone. He was solely responsible for managing the reception, the kitchen, the bar, taking orders, serving, handling payments, and resetting the tables. And despite all that, the dishes were visually stunning and incredibly delicious!
Well done, sir! Some might find you unfriendly at first, but you pour your energy into your wonderful cooking!
