A wonderful discovery! We had a fantastic time at Le Petit Caboulot restaurant in L'Isle-Saint-Georges. The food is delicious, made with quality ingredients, and the portions are generous. The service is warm and attentive, and the atmosphere is truly convivial. Special mention for the excellent value for money. I highly recommend this place; we'll definitely be back! 🍽️

We enjoyed the "L'Escale" menu thanks to a Wonderbox gift voucher. The setting is very pleasant and the welcome was warm. I found the young "apprentice" waitress far more professional than some waiters in other restaurants: well done, miss! The timing of the meal service was perfect, and the attention to the customers was very pleasant. We ordered the salmon (delicious and beautifully presented), the foie gras, and the sweetbreads, which were also very good. I particularly appreciated the dessert plate included with the "café gourmand," which was very convenient. Just one small thing! I would have preferred a salt shaker with holes (a closed one). In conclusion, I recommend this restaurant and we will return.

Unfortunately, I was sick all night 😔. Maybe it was the fish; the sturgeon wasn't cooked properly, you could say it was raw in the center. I asked them to cook it more, but I'd already eaten some of it... The rest was perfect, impeccable service, very nice restaurant with a cozy atmosphere.

With an average price per person ranging from €40 to €50, I would have appreciated it if the semi-cooked foie gras as a starter or the sweetbreads as a main course hadn't been accompanied by an additional charge of €6 and €9.50 respectively. For the record, we didn't order wine, only an aperitif, main course, and dessert. We are aware that everything is unfortunately going up, but having frequented this establishment on numerous occasions, we were left wanting more in terms of the originality of the dishes offered. And I'm not even mentioning the desserts. The ambiance and service, however, remain impeccable.
