Freshly made pasta. Ordered a set meal (main: octopus ragù pasta + appetizer: cantaloupe bacon). Octopus ragù pasta: A bit fishy. Cantaloupe bacon: The bacon was buttered and smooth and delicious! Also ordered a lemon cheese pasta, which had a rich lemon flavor and generous amounts of cheese! The complimentary water was very cold and smelled a bit like toilet paper. Total bill: $40 Euros

I ordered the three course for 28 EUROS and got the Caesar salad, Cacio E Pepe pasta, and tiramisu. The salad was good, while also small and unbalanced (overly tart). The pasta was solid and average by Rome standards (the bar they set for themselves). The pasta itself was good - fresh and Al dente. The tiramisu was average at best. The ladyfingers were pitch black from espresso and lacked texture and were bitter as a result. The mascarpone was fluffy and solid. The atmosphere is casual and the service is quick. A good spot for decent Italian dishes. Nothing however overly impressed me. The value was still good.

Ordered one of each pasta from the menu CHORIZO,CACIO E PEPE, MAIALE, TARTUFO I liked the MAIALE one the most because of its interesting texture and meat. Close second is the truffle because its truffle. Also got Tiramisu,
