A fantastic discovery! I wasn't familiar with Chinese cuisine or its bao buns. I learned about it thanks to an interview with the owner in GDIY. It was exactly as she described: delicious, indulgent food, a very friendly welcome, clean, and the sauce bar was a brilliant idea. My 8-year-old daughter loved it.
