Excellent cuisine, from starter to dessert. However, the plates are sometimes a little empty: my sea bass fillet was delicious but very small.
The point to improve remains efficiency when taking orders: why do you have to wait 1/4 hour before getting the menu, and even that much to place an order?
It's really a shame because I already made the same remark 3 years ago but nothing has changed. However, there would not be much that could be done to improve this point.

The kitchen is worth 5 stars. The service is still slow: 25 minutes to take the order... Too bad because it spoils the fun.

Fabulous dining experience! Everything was perfect: the welcome, including the welcome given to our 7-year-old child, the cleanliness of the place, the smile of the staff, their friendliness, the tasty, elaborate, fabulous dishes. While visiting the island of Oleron, we stopped at this restaurant for lunch without reservation.
Very professional welcome from the owner.
Superb restaurant room decorated with great taste.
