Le Petit Journal St Michel sur Paris

We found this spot after asking around about live music in Paris. It was a delightful experience and really made for a fun night!

Great jazz, musicians were experienced and you could see that they were having a good time as well. On another topic, have you guys found round sunglasses last Friday? I think I might have forgotten them.

Had a wonderful evening. Nice music, relaxed on the terrace, then had a delicious meal and enjoyed it in the cellar with Le Dixieland seniors. Recommended!!!

For 40 years I have been attending the Petit Journal Saint Michel. I have always been enchanted by the quality of the musicians, the welcome, the atmosphere and the friendly encounters there, not to mention the food. For those who like JAZZ I advise them to go there. Angela Castagnaro

Great jazz evening, decent meal, hearty and above all nice music and atmosphere. Tonight it was the DIXIELAND SENIORS I New Orleans Jazz Orchestra (with details on origins).

What great times we spend in this establishment... Such a jazzy atmosphere, the food is pretty good, but then this jazz is so "spontaneous", I loved it!!! Enlightened amateurs, it’s well worth the detour!!!

Good old jazz club in the heart of Paris. I went on a Monday, not crowded during the week, felt almost like a private show. Amazing jazz music by talented and experienced musicians that connected to the audience. I even got to sing with them during the break and took a poster from the bar home! Barman was also talkative and friendly. Show is 15€ each and it’s charged with the check on your way out.
