Great restaurant in the heart of the village

We had dinner there for Valentine's Day, and the food was absolutely delicious. You can tell it's made with love and quality ingredients. Areas for improvement include better organization in the service (the waitress seemed a bit lost) and a warmer atmosphere. Perhaps some jazz music would be nice (it was completely silent for much of the evening, which made the place feel even less welcoming). The lady herself was very kind and friendly. With such culinary expertise, it really wouldn't take much to make it perfect.

A unique moment, for which the chef's choice is crucial to creating a truly memorable experience: a table of 20 people celebrating a wedding. It was unanimously agreed that it was a delightful gastronomic moment, highlighted by subtle blends of flavors and textures. Lunch was served in a relaxed and intimate atmosphere, allowing for reunions, laughter, and the enjoyment of the food. I would also like to highlight the pan-seared duck breast: a colorful and expressive presentation, perfectly executed. From the first bite to the last toast, it was a sensory delight for the taste buds. With tact and generosity, the chef invited us to discover his dish. The presentation began with a crispy note of sweet potato chips; then came the semi-crisp texture of the vegetables, which brought out their unique character and flavor. Finally, you'll experience the tenderness of the meat on its sweet and savory bed. Highly recommended!

I absolutely loved this restaurant! The setting is very pleasant and intimate, ideal for a wonderful meal. The menu is intentionally small, but this isn't a problem at all: you can tell that each dish is carefully prepared. The food is simply delicious, full of flavor and quality. I highly recommend it!

We ended up at Le Petit Louis because another restaurant cancelled on us at the last minute. There were 14 of us on December 26th. They opened especially for us, and we were incredibly surprised by the quality of the food, which was absolutely perfect. Everyone was very happy, even though the age range was from 15 to 91, so it was a wonderful discovery with a pleasant, relaxed atmosphere and excellent food.

We were very pleasantly surprised. The welcome was excellent. The meal was perfect from start to finish. We were supposed to go to another restaurant, but they cancelled our reservation two hours beforehand. Restaurant Le Petit Louis welcomed us with a smile. We highly recommend it.

Slow service, large table but we were the only ones, food with spices everywhere (fried mushrooms, cassoulet...) insufficient portion (sea bass fillet), bill a bit high in the end: €58/person, no wine (not offered!) No coffee
