Excellent meal at this restaurant we discovered today. High-quality local produce, very well prepared. Impeccable service. The dining room was a little noisy as it was busy at lunchtime. They kindly agreed to seat us at 12:00 even though we had booked for 1:00, which we appreciated. It definitely makes us want to come back!

If you're looking for a fantastic restaurant with excellent ingredients, superbly cooked, and generous portions (kudos to the chef from Montbéliard!), then this is the place for you.
