The food is excellent; I had a succulent steak tartare the other day, with fresh, hand-cut meat. The staff is very friendly and the service is quick. I highly recommend it.

There were six of us, we came for drinks and then wanted to eat. We asked the waiter to open a parasol because two people wanted shade, but he refused and even mocked us. Very unpleasant and rude, he ruined our experience, and we ended up leaving without ordering anything.

A lovely spot on Place de la République. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed, perfect for a break. My daughter and I went there in the evening for a long coffee. The coffee was excellent and the desserts were absolutely delicious. The service was quick and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and highly recommend it.

Delicious food, bread included, and we even went back for an afternoon snack. Both times we've been, they've given us free, chilled water. Great location right in front of the theater. Friendly staff.

Le Pain Du Jour

14/03/2026: A welcoming and friendly team who, without prior notice, were able to provide breakfast for the 50 passengers on a coach, students from a school in the Gard region and their chaperones. What's more, the hot chocolate and coffee were good, and the croissants were delicious.
14/03/2026: A huge thank you to the two waitresses who were there this morning and who welcomed our group of 45 students back from Spain with smiles and efficiency. The breakfast option included croissants, hot chocolate, and orange juice. It was exactly what we needed after a night on the bus.
