Le Petit Montmartre sur Dinard

Stayed 5 nights in middle of August - coffee & breakfast were good, the room was OK apart from the shower cubicle being very small and the shower head had to stay still or it fell off the wall. The toilet stunk of stale urine, needed a good bleaching around the rim! When we booked, we were NOT told that the bar and restaurant would be closed during our stay - misrepresentation there from Monsieur Basil Fawlty (proprietor). It was reasonably priced though so you get what you pay for I suppose. Dinard is an absolutely lovely town.

Very good time spent at the terrace table of this small hotel restaurant, the service is quality and the welcome is festive and friendly. The small downside during our lunch is the quality of the wine (carafe) served at the table.

Full menu at 15.50 euros! As a starter (very varied buffet), 2 choices for the main course and numerous desserts. Everything was perfect... homemade. Very friendly atmosphere. Thanks to Mortimer and his team. Lucile was perfect, adorable. Very busy at lunchtime and a victim of its success, it is better to reserve. I will come back for sure and with great pleasure 😊

At the working-class restaurant at lunchtime Nothing to complain about, unlimited starter, meat or fish, dessert. Rating 5/5. It would be preferable to reserve

At the hotel after 1 day of hiking, a friendly boss welcomed us with a glass of rosé (super nice, it was hot). Comfortable room but small bathroom.

Warm welcome from the boss and his team. A quiet hotel. good bedding. Hearty breakfast. Parking right next door. Quality/price very good. I recommend ❤️
