A very good restaurant that deserves to be better known. We thoroughly enjoyed the octopus and the desserts – pear and chocolate praline entremet. Well done, and I highly recommend it. Very reasonable prices.

Excellent restaurant, both for its prices and the quality of its attentive service. We dined at this small restaurant, located near our hotel. Don't be fooled by its exterior: the interior is warm and very welcoming. The pizzas are prepared and cooked right in front of you, which is a real plus. We tried the ravioli, which were so delicious that we went back to get some to take away, even after having dinner at another restaurant. We will gladly return on our next trip to Valencia.

I highly recommend this establishment, ideal for an evening with friends. We had a wonderful time there on a Saturday night. The service is quick, attentive, and always accompanied by a smile, making the experience particularly pleasant. The products are fresh and prepared on-site, a guarantee of quality. Special mention goes to the perfectly made cocktails, as well as the delicious and generous homemade desserts. The Neapolitan pizza is also a great success. The value for money is truly remarkable. If you're visiting Valencia, this is an address not to be missed.

Always excellent, I love their octopus...and the desserts are incredible for unbeatable value. A must-try, within walking distance of Valence's pedestrian streets. The friendly staff are a nice bonus. Regulars know it well!

13/08/2026: What a delightful time I had at Santa Maria! The atmosphere was warm and the food lived up to my expectations. I particularly appreciated the presentation of the dishes, especially the colorful plates that brought a real touch of cheer to the table. The quality of the ingredients was undeniable; every bite was a pure pleasure. This is a must-visit in Valencia. I will gladly return to try other dishes on the menu.
08/08/2026: A real gem in Valence! My friend and I were looking for a nice place to spend some quality time, and we weren't disappointed. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a very warm atmosphere. The welcome was incredibly pleasant, and the staff were both attentive and lovely throughout the meal. I opted for the Bresaola pizza: it was freshly made with quality ingredients, and I absolutely loved it! We will definitely be back. A truly wonderful discovery!

07/08/2026: The pizzas were good, but the price was still high: €41 for three pizzas, I admit I was surprised. However, he was very accommodating and offered us a bottle of juice.
14/06/2026: As a customer for 20 years, I'd always been quite satisfied until tonight. I ordered the Ardéchoise pizza with caillette (a type of sausage), which I hadn't ordered in a while. Well, the topping has changed drastically. Instead of generous chunks of caillette arranged in a row, there are now small cubes resembling olives scattered here and there. You can tell they weighed it down to the gram to maximize profit. What a shame! The potato, which is obviously cheaper, was still there.
