Santa Maria sur Valence

What a delightful time I had at Santa Maria! The atmosphere was warm and the food lived up to my expectations. I particularly appreciated the presentation of the dishes, especially the colorful plates that brought a real touch of cheer to the table. The quality of the ingredients was undeniable; every bite was a pure pleasure. This is a must-visit in Valencia. I will gladly return to try other dishes on the menu.

A real gem in Valence! My friend and I were looking for a nice place to spend some quality time, and we weren't disappointed. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a very warm atmosphere. The welcome was incredibly pleasant, and the staff were both attentive and lovely throughout the meal. I opted for the Bresaola pizza: it was freshly made with quality ingredients, and I absolutely loved it! We will definitely be back. A truly wonderful discovery!

Very pleasant setting, Italian-style decor! The meal was excellent: pizza, salad... I recommend it!

The pizzas were very good, the service was very fast, and the waitress was kind and friendly. However, you shouldn't wear light-colored clothing because of the ash.

Sorry, I forgot to leave a review. I thought I had, but better late than never 😅 especially when the experience is so positive. I was a little skeptical at first because I must say that the phone conversation was a bit curt, which put me off a little. Plus, being of Italian descent, I'm very picky about pizza. Veramente io mangia la tutto perche Sei una merveillosa pizza. Basically, it's amazing, the best pizzas like in Italy, truly delicious, I love it! And as for the rest, I can't wait to go back and try other Sicilian specialties that look very good. We tried the desserts, which were nice and original, but we weren't particularly impressed. Maybe they could offer a bit more variety, like lemon tarts or chocolate treats 😅🤔. The atmosphere was fantastic, so friendly. The owner even took my little baby girl into the kitchen in her arms, and she was delighted. It was a family atmosphere; I almost felt like I was with my family in Italy because that's how Italy is: welcoming, warm, generous, they know how to host. In short, I would gladly return, hoping for the same welcome and courtesy, because that's what makes you want to come back. There's more than just the food. Best wishes and see you soon 😊👏😉👍.

We hadn't been back to Santa Maria for a while, a victim of their always-full success, but tonight we had a wonderful time.
