Regularly beginner staff who make mistakes but on the other hand the products are excellent. The rustic baguette, foccaccias and kebab verpas are killer. I haven't found an equivalent on Gap.

Varieties for breakfast, individual cakes ready to take away from 8:00 a.m., the bread is delicious, the saleswomen are very friendly, smiling and welcoming, top I recommend Speedwell

Le Bistrot Gapencais

11/08/2024: Tout simplement parfait. L’accueil est toujours au top, le personnel est très agréable. Les plats sont juste excellent. Un lieu à ne pas loupé si l’on veut bien manger à Gap et pour un tarif très correct.
31/03/2024: Service rapide. Accueil sympathique. Service assez rapide. Plats copieux. Cuisine un peu lourde à mon goût. Du coup le dessert était de trop mais pour moi.
