I've only been going to Lieval bakery for six months (job change, you know) and I'm hooked. The welcome is warm, I love that the sandwiches aren't pre-made, that you can choose your bread, your sauce... 😃 And now, I've just discovered the soft baguette... 🤤 I have to stop this, I'm gaining weight like crazy! 🤣🤣🤣 No, that's not true: keep it up!!! 👍

A fantastic bakery with amazing and very affordable meal deals. I had a delicious fish and chips with a lemon tart and a can of Oasis water for €13.90, and a generous portion. My only complaint is that the salad was a bit over-seasoned, so I didn't eat it. My colleague had a pan bagnat, an éclair, and a can of water for €9.90, which I think is very reasonable, and the pan bagnat was substantial! I've already tried the pasta, pesto, ham, and mozzarella salad, which was delicious. And for the first time, I had a pain chocolat and a croissant—not very big, but very tasty—and a country loaf that keeps perfectly for 3-4 days. A great experience, we'll be back!

Excellent bakery! We bought 10 loaves of country bread, and they were truly delicious. The young woman who served us was lovely, smiling, and very professional. Honestly, a fantastic experience, I highly recommend it!

Absolutely fantastic! The concept is great; you can make your own sandwich, and the same goes for the croissants. Everything is really delicious and very reasonably priced! The staff are very friendly!

15/02/2026: A warm and friendly welcome awaited us upon arrival, immediately putting us at ease. The dining room is truly charming, with vaulted ceilings and lovely exposed stonework, and the bistro-style wooden tables and chairs add a convivial and authentic touch. The dishes are good, simple, and made with artisanal products, which is evident in the flavors, even if the overall experience remains somewhat classic. The plates could perhaps use a little more flair or surprise to make the experience more memorable. We were slightly disappointed with our Shepherd's Platters, where the meat pies seemed to have been "forgotten." With a price reduction of around five euros, the quantity/quality/price ratio would undoubtedly be more balanced. Overall, a pleasant place to sample local products, although for a similar result, you could just as easily fill your basket with gourmet treats directly at the market.
01/02/2026: We had a wonderful meal, congratulations to the chef and thank you for the service and welcome, we will miss being able to eat there again.
