le petit Nicolas sur Gap

Until yesterday, I thought this bakery was very good, but yesterday's service was terrible. They forgot to heat my hot dog and left an Americano in the oven. I had to make another trip to get the sandwich, which had been heated twice and was dry.

I find it such a shame to make such good bread (one of the best in Gap for me), such good pastries, and then broadcast Cnews all day long!!

The bakery itself is decent, but the service needs improvement. I've had two bad experiences, one of which happened today, prompting me to write this review. This afternoon, a young man served me, and it's the second time he hasn't smiled, hasn't said hello or goodbye, and he sighs when asked for a napkin. He's certainly an apprentice, but that doesn't excuse such a clear lack of manners, politeness, and professionalism. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon.

Bakery on the outskirts of Gap in an industrial area. We stopped there for a coffee and a pastry. Pleasant, clean, and fresh place. Welcoming staff.

Fantastic bakery!! Very little wait despite the crowds, and most importantly, everything was delicious!!

A very pleasant surprise during my visit to the area! While out of town near Gap to explore the garrison, I stopped at this bakery somewhat by chance, having not planned anything in advance and seeing few other bakeries nearby. A choice I absolutely don't regret! I opted for a sandwich late in the morning: it was fresh, delicious, and well-prepared. The service is excellent: the team is young, friendly, and welcoming, and they know exactly how to greet customers. I arrived a little earlier than the usual lunchtime, which allowed me to order without any waiting. The shop is also very clean. The prices are quite reasonable and average. Even though I stumbled upon it by chance, it's a very reliable place that I wholeheartedly recommend!

My new go-to bakery ♥️ Super friendly staff, great products, well done!

I came for lunch yesterday, the service was very good, the owner was very kind, the little apple turnovers were excellent, the raisin bread was also great, and the orange juice was top-notch. I recommend it 100%, well done!!

I came in for coffee and pastries, as usual, and had a lovely time. The pastries were delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. I also want to highlight the excellent service: the saleswoman who greeted me was smiling, pleasant, and very professional. I had never met her in the shop before. She took the time to offer me kind advice, which made the experience even more enjoyable. I will gladly return and recommend this bakery to anyone looking for quality products and a warm welcome.

I ordered a "pan bagnat" sandwich, a bit disappointed, no anchovies, no olives, and with mayonnaise instead of olive oil, and they dare call it a "pan bagnat"...
